Easy ordering, clear instructions, free shipping on larger orders, and fast delivery make for effective company management. And the meat products are excellent - organic, natural, and tasty. It is pricy but that's a feature of most clean foods. Perhaps best, they offer portion-sized packages of the various meats, which I appreciate as an individual customer.

As a 77 year old, this worked great for me. I want to help the small farmers. I have ordered at other sites but I usually have to order a box, which may have good stuff in it, but not necessarily what I want. Grassland Meats let me select individual cuts of meat or chicken, so I was able to buy just what I wanted. It came quickly and was well packaged and frozen. Very happy

From online ordering to tracking the shipment en route to delivery day, the experience has been stellar. So far in 2024, I have placed 4 orders - one order per month. My favorite meat is the 75/25 ground beef, because that extra fat provides complete satiety, making my taste buds and my body happy. Buying in bulk saves on the cost and grants free shipping. The regenerative practices that US Wellness Meats promotes results in healthy animals and healthier land. Most of the packaging material is recyclable or compostable, except for the mylar bag. What a great company. Thank you!

So grateful to find a no salt added cheddar! It tastes great (just not salty). Cheddar notes, but without all the salt it has a little "Swiss" taste too. Yummy! Shipping is fast and arrives cold. :)

The Braunschweiger arrive good & cold. I was impressed with the fast delivery on that product. Was a little disappointed with the Braunschweiger. I prefer a more iron taste to my Braunschweiger. I will try your other meats though now that I know you can get it to me & it arrives well packaged & cold!

The items purchased were great (pork & bacon lard, pork belly, butter, hot dogs).
My only complaint was there was not enough dry ice to keep all of the food frozen, and most items were thawed (and some just barely cold), hence the 4 instead of 5 stars.
I informed the company, and they promptly refunded me for the ruined items.
I would purchase from them again, with a reminder to add additional ice for shipping to the hot south.

I grew up on a farm and I know the work that goes into operating such a business. It’s nice then to have an opportunity to support and place confidence in folks who are doing it right.
Much of the beef products, poultry, and pork that’s offered here in my local supermarkets are either imported from other countries, raised and fed in cramped confines, and/or heavily processed and ladened with all kinds of chemicals and antibiotics.
No thanks.

I spent almost $400 on meat, butter and lard. I had problems with the butter. Although the website description states that it’s “grass fed butter”, when I got the product, Anchor brand, there was nothing on the package stating that it was grass fed butter. Before calling the company’s CS, I went directly to the Anchor website and learned that they do have grass fed butter and this information is clearly stated on the package, which is different than the one regular butter I got from US Wellness meats.
The CS agent was very rude. She told me that I call the Anchor company to clarify this information. I said, no, you offered grass fed butter. I did not get grass fed butter; therefore, I’m requesting a refund. I am not calling anyone to confirm anything. Not buying my butter from them. I wanted to give the company a try, but I will go back to Grass Roots Farmers C.

The grass-fed and finished butter that we sell on our website is 100% grass-fed and finished. We do not make the butter ourselves; we sell 100% grass-fed and finished meat cattle. Therefore, we are bound to follow the labeling requirements of our suppliers. The Anchor butter we sell is made in New Zealand and is held to their standards. The one lb. packages of butter we sell on our website contain an international SKU, which means that some regions do not allow the label to include "grass-fed pasture." However, all New Zealand butters are grass-fed pasture. Our CS representative passed along our provider's phone, hoping their explanation of this situation would better solidify the abovementioned fact. We appreciate your understanding of our limitations in this regard. - The USWM Team
I’ve had to change my diet to organic and I’m so glad I did. Everything I’ve purchased from US Wellness Meats has been high quality and extremely tasty. I can’t believe the difference in taste. I’ll never go back to grocery store meats.

I am elderly and lack some upper teeth as well as having an autoimmune illness that requires I eat organically. I have tried other pasture raised farms' meat but this was the first time in which the meat was so tender I could eat/chew it normally rather than having to grind it up. It was absolutely delicious in flavor as well and made me feel like a normal human being again.I will continue to get my meat from US Wellness and highly recommend it to others.

When I was traveling to California last year and Louisiana for business for weeks at at time, they have delivered quickly and afficiantly!
